The journey of RiverRock Home, a resort amidst valleys and rivers, is not only because of its beautiful location, but also because of the power, determination and vision of a small group of people who love nature and believe in the power of sustainable tourism.
The resort’s management and development company, RiverStone Management Group, was founded by five close friends from different backgrounds, including hospitality, marketing, architecture, and finance, who shared a common dream of creating a peaceful, simple, and relaxing space that connects people with nature.
The company name RiverStone comes from the concept of “water and stones”, which represents the balance between stillness and flowing energy, like a team that comes from different backgrounds but can come together to create something valuable for the area and for those who visit.
Although not everyone is named in this blog, the five-person management team has clear roles and has personally participated in the development of the resort, from the design stage, service system setup, marketing development, to the selection of environmentally friendly materials.
